Why JRMA?
We first met SEN when they were looking for a more cost-effective and responsive provider for their bookkeeping and accounts services. Preparation of the monthly management accounts are needed according to strict deadlines, so that they are available for review at the Trustee Meetings.
JRMA services used
We provide a fully outsourced bookkeeping service, processing all sales, purchases and bank transactions. We also provide a full payroll service. The management populate a simple template each month to confirm hours, and we calculate the deductions, provide payslips, submit the returns to HMRC and upload to the pension portal.
The benefits
Utilising our extensive experience of Sage, we prepare a full monthly management accounts pack, which includes additional analyses as well as the standard profit and loss account, so that the trustees can keep track of spending and income according to their various projects and departments.
