For the past few years, JRMA has been recruiting Placement Year Students from educational institutions such as the University of Worcester Business School. We believe work experience in a practical office can help graduates finish their studies and get a taste of real world tasks and scenarios. Hear from our previous placement students starting from our most recent student to the very first student in 2018:

"This placement opportunity at JRMA has been incredibly rewarding. Initially I felt like I would be very out my depth. Bookkeeping is very satisfying, payroll is still a bit scary. Being able to learn the customers accounts and understanding them is the real joy. There is always something to do, whether that be processing invoices, payroll trends or any other internal tasks, I have settled into a nice schedule. Being able to contribute to the marketing too, is a nice break every week too. Everyone is very helpful, and I have learnt a lot of things I never knew were so important. I highly recommend taking a placement opportunity if you can find one. It is very informative to see how different businesses actually operate in practice."
